Back at the end of February, I photographed Jesse’s Bar Mitzvah. We took pictures during his rehearsal at the Beth Jacob Synagogue in Mendota Heights. 
The party was held at the lovely 317 Rice Park, which was all decked out in shades of blue.
The food was beautiful, especially the desserts ~ a frost-your-own cupcake bar and beautiful chocolate covered marshmallows and strawberries:
And throughout the night, there was very lively dancing.

It may be winter outside for a few more weeks, but we had a spring portrait session inside on Sunday for Evie’s second birthday. Evie was so warm and friendly and those pigtails were just too adorable! 
We played some pool (or mostly, rolling of the pool balls):
And put her new sandals and off . . . and on and off . . . and on and off . . . and on and off . . .

Evie changed into a beautiful pink dress that matched her big-girl bedding just perfectly:

I had such a busy weekend — enough so that I’ll hope to have several new blog posts this week. First, though, meet baby Krey, born less than two weeks ago:
Krey was so well-behaved and wide awake, bright and early this morning.
And just as I was leaving, Krey started to fall asleep. Poor thing, I think I wore him out!
Krey’s big sister Anya was also around for a few photos. She’s only gotten cuter since her birthday in August!
